A Very Sad Notice...

Dear Students of Evergreen Center for Yoga,

It is with great sadness that I announce the closing of the yoga studio on May 31, 2012.

The teachers and I have been very blessed to serve this wonderful community of committed yogis for more than seven years. You have all brought your kind spirit to the classroom with every visit and we’ll never forget you.

We have experienced a number of challenges over the past eight months. Had I been able to address one issue at a time I may have been able to overcome these obstacles. However, the nature and number of issues has proven insurmountable and thus I am faced with the reality of closing a business that means so much to so many of us.

All of the yoga studio’s assets are for sale including the spinning bikes; we will accept reasonable offers, although some assets will be assigned a minimum price. The final yoga studio schedule is attached and began April 1st. All classes in Studio B have been cancelled with the exception of Post-Natal Yoga.

When business find themselves in the position that we are presently in, they close their doors immediately. However, I would like to see that all of you have ample time to use your remaining classes, so I’ve arranged with the landlords to keep the studio operating until the end of May. As we are not in a position to offer refunds, you are welcome to trade or give your classes away as you’d like. We will offer great deals in the coming weeks!

Once again, thanks to all of you for your support of our little community yoga studio. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or just recently found your way here, we value you all greatly.

My very best to all of you.

Namaste,

Melanie

sorrowlessness, and may all beings live in equanimity without too much attachment and
too much aversion.  Live believing in the equality of all that lives."
