New Teach Training Class Starting!

Hot Fusion Teacher Training starts Tuesday, March 6th.  Eight (8) weeks and 200 hours of in depth yoga training including:

  • Yoga Asana including the 26 Hot Yoga Postures as well a Sun A and Sun B/How to create a flow

  • Anatomy and Physiology with emphasis on the science of stretching and the mechanics of the major joints

  • Ethical considerations: the Yamas and the Niyamas

  • The music of Yoga: Join Leslie as she teaches us to really SING!

  • Meditation Techniques

  • Heather will guide us through Aurvedic Cooking, Eating and Healthy Living culminating with our annual Dosha Dinner

  • You will receive 10 total weeks of unlimited yoga

All of the instructors are Yoga-Alliance registered teachers and most have attained the highest ranking of Experience Registered Yoga Teacher

If you are interested in teaching or simply want to immerse yourself in yoga, then please talk to your instructor.  A $200 non-refundable deposit is required upon registration.

Are you expecting or know someone who is?  Evergreen Center for Yoga is celebrating its first anniversary of providing top quality yoga instruction to the mountain community's precious moms-to-be.  

Please join us every Saturday from 10am to 11am and Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in Studio B -- our "not-hot" room.  Enjoy the sensation of a long, deep stretch for your tired muscles and an invigorating opening for your joints.  Combine the stretch with beautiful yoga breathing and savor every moment of your special time in a calm and nurturing environment.

TEACHER TRAINING
