Hot Yoga - 90 minutes, Bikram-style 26 postures; beginners welcome.  Strengthen, rejuvenate, balance, detoxify, tone and heal in a warm, humid room.  recommended for all levels of students.

Eastern Alignment Yoga - 75 minutes.  Increase flexibility and strength, improve concentration, and nourish the spirit in this practice inspired by teacher training in India.  Combines a focus on alignment and stillness with flow, brief meditation, and breath work (pranayama).  Session held in a comfortably warm room.

Music Class - 75 minutes.  This is our hot yoga class set to music.

Vinyasa I and II - 60-75 minutes vinyasa flow practice where one posture moves seamlessly to the next.  Dynamic and challenging (and fun!).  The room is comfortably warm.  Vinyasa II is not recommended for beginners.

Hot Fusion - Joins the best of Hot Yoga with the flow of vinyasa in a warm room.  Recommended for all levels of students.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga - classic yoga postures taught in a comfortably warm environment.  All levels of students are welcome, but beginners and students who prefer a slower pace will especially love this one!

Long, Deep StretchTM - You guessed it!  A long, deep stretch.  This class follows a vinyasa flow design, but students stay and explore the posture by maintaining the asana for a few breaths.

Weight Strength Yoga - A vinyasa flow class adding light weights to the flow to encourage a more strenuous upper body workout.

Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga - Designed for new moms and moms-to-be.  A gentle hatha yoga class designed to build core strength and find balance.  Come anytime!

Spinasana at the Barre - We'll spend 40 minutes on the bike, then switch to the floor for core, weight work and a powerful vinyasa flow using a classic ballet barre to attain maximum core strength and balance.

SpinasanaTM - A new fitness trend that Yoga Journal calls "an inspiring workout".  This class combines stretching, breathing and cardio training.  Students please sign up in advance!

Satori Yoga - satori is an awakening process designed to guide you through a physical, mental and spiritual journey of self-discovery and personal transformation.  new to Evergreen Center for Yoga.  Come and try a class!

"By the power and truth of this practice may all beings have happiness and
the cause of happiness.  May all never be separated from the sacred happiness which is
sorrowlessness, and may all beings live in equanimity without too much attachment and
too much aversion.  Live believing in the equality of all that lives."
